British fashion brand Burberry dropped a new campaign for the Lola Bag earlier this month. However, the coveted accessory has already achieved It Bag status. It couldn’t be otherwise. Considering Bella Hadid, Lourdes Leon, Jourdan Dunn, and Ella Richards fronted the campaign, it didn’t take long before several tastemakers on the internet owned the bag. Naturally, the list also includes our favorite South Korean celebrities.

Burberry and South Korea

Although in recent years Burberry has increased its partnerships with Korean celebrities, the brand has always recognized South Korea as one of its strongest markets. Actress Han Hyo-Joo, WINNER members Mino and Seung Hoon, Krystal Jung, and EXO’s Baekhyun count among some of the brand’s earliest friends and ambassadors. In 2021, however, the fashion house strengthened its ties to the Asian powerhouse through various projects, including “The Imagined Landscape” experience in Jeju Island and the appointment of actor Cha Eunwoo as Global Ambassador. More recently, Burberry has also partnered with actors and high-profile celebrities through magazine photoshoots and local campaigns. The launch of the brand’s famed Lola Bag was not any different.

The designer describes it as “an ode to strong women the world over.” Handcrafted in Italy, the Lola Bag is available in various sizes, styles, and colorways including camel, black, and more striking colors such as bright sky blue and pink.

Spotted under the arm of our favorite celebrities, the Lola Bag has officially joined the It-bag checklist for fashionistas.
