K-pop fashion power players, Stray Kids, continue their reign as Tommy Hilfiger’s ambassadors and campaign stars. After lending their image to the American brand’s Spring campaign and making the most-talked-about Met Gala debut of 2024, the octet returns to the fashion billboards. In a new campaign, Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. anticipate the fall season with a pictorial shot in New York.
Preppy and Chic
An ode to New York’s lifestyle, Tommy Hilfiger’s Fall campaign showcases the American prep spirit associated with the brand’s DNA. Set against the city’s iconic skyline and photographed by Alisdair McLellan, the images capture Stray Kids dressed in head-to-toe Tommy Hilfiger looks. The outfits feature wardrobe classics such as bomber and varsity jackets, polo shirts, cable-knit sweaters and khaki pants — all fall staples that encapsulate the brand’s signature style.
The photo shoot also highlights items perfectly fit for the back-to-school season, including outerwear (long coats and padded jackets), tailored jackets, uniform-esque shirts and ties, rugby shirts, sweatshirts and denim.
“For our third campaign with Stray Kids, we took them to higher grounds,” said fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. “Capturing them above the city that has inspired me from the start was the ideal way to highlight their distinctive style, which perfectly embodies the vibrant energy of New York.”
Sharing their thoughts on the new campaign — their third with the American label — the K-pop group stated, “Tommy Hilfiger is an American style icon. Each time we visit he helps us to feel at home through his timeless prep style — it makes us feel that anything is possible. We’re so excited for our fans to see us on top of the world in this iconic New York campaign.”
Fashion Power Players
Stray Kids joins forces with Tommy Hilfiger, fresh off the release of their ninth EP, Ate and a headlining set at Lollapalooza 2024.
In addition to their explosive popularity in the entertainment scene, Stray Kids have emerged as one of Asia’s most prominent fashion power players. As predicted by fashion connoisseurs, in 2024, the K-pop stars have consolidated their presence in fashion spaces with a variety of endeavors, from ambassadorships to event attendances and runway appearances.
Just to name a few milestones, group members such as Hyunjin, I.N. Seungmin, Lee Know and Bang Chan have graced the front rows of the world’s biggest fashion capitals, while Felix made waves as a runway model for Louis Vuitton. The group then collectively stole the show at the 2024 Met Gala, becoming the first-ever K-pop group to attend the event — as a whole.
With Fashion Month fast approaching and promising plenty of activity across fashion capitals, fans and fashion enthusiasts can surely look forward to seeing more of Stray Kids.
