The Best Fashion Moments at the Tommy Hilfiger Spring Summer 2025 Show
On September 8, American fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger returned to New York Fashion Week with their Spring Summer 2025 runway. Intrinsically patriotic, the show took place aboard the MV John F. Kennedy ferry docked at Pier 17. A New York landmark, the boat was a regular at the Staten Island Ferry for decades but now belongs to Pete Davidson and Colin Jost, who will transform the boat into a comedy club.
Nautical with a Twist
The collection referenced Tommy Hilfiger’s nautical tradition, reinventing wardrobe staples classically associated with sports like sailing. “We’re revisiting the nautical and maritime inspirations that have defined our signature look since 1985,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “Today, it’s updated and remixed for 2025: the look has the ease of effortless summer style, but with a confidence that feels ready to step off the ferry and back into the city.”
Accordingly, the collection was a parade of nautical-themed fashion. Club blazers, regatta jackets and stripe shirting were paired with capris, utilitarian pants and yacht shorts. But Tommy Hilfiger didn’t stray away from signature pieces such as varsity jackets, chinos, polos and knitwear. Recurrent design codes also returned in the form of the TH monogram, cable knit sweaters and hand-woven coastal slippers.
Global Front Row
No fashion show is complete without global celebrities illuminating the venue with standout looks. This time, brand ambassadors Felix and Lee Know, members of the K-pop group Stray Kids, along with South Korean trailblazer Jisoo, commanded the undivided attention of editors and fellow showgoers. Asia was also represented by Thai actors Pond, Phuwin, Fourth, and Gemini, as well as members of the Japanese Rock band Mrs. Green Apple.
Closing out the show with an unforgettable hometown tribute, Staten Island legends Ghostface Killah, Method Man, and Raekwon, of the iconic rap group Wu-Tang Clan, delivered a high-energy performance. Set to a soundtrack curated by fellow hip-hop legend Questlove, their appearance was a nod to the bridge between the NYC fashion scene and hip-hop culture.

Jisoo
South Korean idol and renowned fashionista Jisoo took a front-row seat next to actors Patrick Schwarzenegger and Damson Idris. Jisoo went for a laid-back approach, dressed in head-to-toe Tommy Hilfiger. Wearing a tri-color varsity-style jacket and thick knit beanie, the star emanated welcoming, autumn-ready energy. The Fashion Week regular paired her statement pieces with an understated white tee and miniskirt combination, achieving the perfect girl-next-door look.

Winnie Harlow
Canadian fashion model Winnie Harlow mixed a casual snapback and preppy business wear for the SS25 Tommy Hilfiger show. The model exuded an effortless swagger and her clothes added to the energy! Experimenting with classics, Harlow threw on an oversized button-down and trench. However, her legs remained bare. The sans-pants moment plus the maroon baseball hat elevated her Fashion Week fit.

Brooke Shields
Aligning with the fashion brand, American actress Brooke Shields took on a preppy aesthetic for the SS25 Tommy Hilfiger show. Her gold jewelry and flowy dress shirt nodded to the nautical theme of the evening, but there was a twist. In true Tommy style, the outfit was infused with a bit of dapperness. Shields’ Glen check skirt contrasted with her flowy top, adding a New York City appeal.

Shay Mitchell
For her outfit, American actress Shay Mitchell followed the classic guide to prep style. Every component of her coordinated look screamed classic Tommy Hilfiger, from her dual-toned baseball cap to her cable-knit V-neck sweater. With New York City weather transitioning from summer heat to autumn chill, it was fitting that Mitchell’s ensemble relied on layering. A white and blue long-sleeved pinstripe shirt acted as the base for her outfit. While commuting to the show, she wore a classy beige trench coat with black buttons that matched her purse and footwear.
Stray Kids’ Lee Know and Felix
Tommy Hilfiger ambassadors Lee Know and Felix of superstar K-pop group Stray Kids made a stylish appearance at the Spring Summer 2025 show. Felix rocked his signature long, blonde locks in a half-up style, complementing his sharp navy pinstripe suit. Lee Know opted for a more laid-back look, pairing a tucked oxford shirt with a navy tie and layering it with a cozy cream cardigan featuring the brand’s iconic blue and red details. True Tommy boys, Felix and Lee Know embodied the brand’s classic and sophisticated cool style.
Pond, Phuwin, Fourth and Gemini
Over the last couple of seasons, Thai stars have established themselves as forces to be reckoned with in the fashion scene. At the SS25 Tommy Hilfiger show, actors Pond, Phuwin, Fourth and Gemini carried the torch representing Thailand. Returning to the Tommy front row for a second time in a row, Phuwin and Pond embodied the brand’s sporty chic sensibilities with items like rugby T-shirts, varsity jackets and chinos. Meanwhile, Gemini and Fourth favored fall and transitional staples like knitwear and denim.
