Karencici – โIgnoreโ

Since Karencici dropped her last album in 2024, she has solidified her status as one of the leading figures in Mandopopโs new generation. Karenciciโs newest album, Loser., demonstrates her artistic growth, expanded versatility, and global appeal to a tee. The projectโs sixth track, โIgnore,โ dips into the UK garage genre with an effortless ease. Karencici exchanges her powerful vocal belts for a breezy, almost conversational delivery that coincides with the songโs message. โIgnoreโ is all about playing into the โcat and mouseโ dynamic when it comes to flirting. She delivers the memorable, melodic hook: โYouโre taking your time, Iโm doubling mine / To even out the score / Youโre so hard to ignore / So hard to ignore.โ Karencici captures how no matter how hard you try to nonchalantly play it off, sometimes you just canโt resist acknowledging that special someone.ย
Jensen McRae – โJust Like Youโย
Ahead of the release of the deluxe version of her second album and her newly announced tour, Jensen McRae has dropped one of her โfavorite songs ever written,โ โJust Like You.โ Alongside the percussion-heavy pop track, McRaeโs most lively and possibly most fun music video was released as well. In the video, viewers see Jensen McRae get into a car and drive, though as the music begins, she isnโt alone but with three other Jensens. And in her words, itโs โmany menโs worst nightmare.โ
Each version of herself is seen singing the single with as much energy as possible, in a convertible, the wind blowing through her hair. She sings lyrics of back-and-forth feelings, and all four Jensens are along for the ride to an undecided destination, similar to the ending of the song. As she battles with whether to jump back into a relationship or not, the song concludes that no matter who she ends up with or where she goes, no one will be just like that one person she loved.
McRaeโs story is far from finished, as her deluxe album I Donโt Know How But They Found Meโฆ Again! contains five more unreleased songs that fans cannot wait to hear.ย
grentperez – โafter allโ
April received โboy thatโs loving you,โ May got โsailing,โ and now June has been gifted โafter all,โ as well as the announcement of Perezโs 2026 EP, g00se. The newest track is, in true grentperez fashion, carried by a guitar and layered with a sweet, romantic melody that hints at โsubtleโ loneliness. After the one he loves leaves to travel the world, the singer is left alone, with more than enough time to himself.
During the song’s second verse, he sings, โLooks like you’ve freed up my plans / Gave me room to dance / To play out a one-man show / And sing every ballad on my own.โ He tries to focus on his work, stabilize his routine, and fill the fresh space, but all he can think about is her โwarm embrace.โ The song is the calmest of the already-released trio, but just as character-driven as grentperez slowly introduces his newest persona and ideation of โg00se.โ
Perhaps with the release of the EPโs final two songs, โSaltelliteโ and โAlways,โ we will learn even more about who โg00seโ really is, what his dreams are, and the ways of life he hopes to bring understanding to.
Elmiene, Fujii Kaze – โComets + Goldโ

In need of comfort amidst an event-packed summer? Elmiene and Fujii Kaze are here to grace your ears. Both musically versatile in their own right, they collaborated on the contemporary ballad โComets + Gold.โ Elmiene and Fujii Kaze explore their higher registers, building harmony together. Each artist reminisces on a past relationship, yearning for their former lovers. The pairing of their airy vocals with soft piano accompaniment lends the song a sweet, dreamy tone.
Still stuck in the past, Elmiene and Fujii Kaze find themselves also suspended in space. References to celestial bodies and old memories come up as the two fondly look back on their romances. With great affection, they reveal where they had envisioned their fairytale ending: โI always pictured us in somewhere weightless / Where we could float and see the glass wave back.โ Still, as their lovers had left them after losing their initial spark, all Elmiene and Fujii Kaze are left with are their memories. Despite the heartbreak, the duo remain hopeful and shrug off their loneliness. If you find yourself wanting more of Elmiene, you can catch him on his upcoming โsounds for someoneโ tour kicking off in July.

OMEGA X – โUNCAPPEDโ

Returning from a two-year hiatus, OMEGA X are ready to unleash all their power in their latest EP, UNCAPPED. This albumโs creation celebrates a new collaboration between OMEGA X and their fans, FOR X. Fans were given the opportunity to choose member lineups for the unit songs โClose to meโ and โCork,โ as well as the title track, โUNCAPPED.โ Combining EDM and dance pop, โUNCAPPEDโ shows how OMEGA X refuses to be held back.
OMEGA X displays their powerful energy through the choreography-based music video. The members are seen huddled together before jumping out, simulating an explosion. No space, whether it be abandoned buildings or onstage, can contain them. As punchy as the trackโs composition is, this music comes with a message. OMEGA X calls listeners to action, โuncap, Iโm ready / Rumble / Go make some ruckus.โ Rather than be boxed in, theyโre ready to live freely. โI believe music has the power to be a source of strength for some people and comfort for others,โ shared leader JAEHAN. โThis album reflects the stories and emotions we wanted to share, and I hope many listeners will be able to connect with it and find something meaningful in it.โ
Ae! group – โPRIDEโ

Ae! group dial down the playful antics from their previous single, โDEKOBOKO LIFE,โ and homes in on a serious rock delivery with โPRIDE.โ Members Yoshinori Masakado, Seiya Suezawa, Ken Kojima, and Masaya Sano each play a vital role in conveying Ae! groupโs artistry. Whether itโs delivering powerful vocals, clean choreography, or a killer instrumental breakdown โ Ae! group are the definition of a boy band. Their new six-track special-edition EP for DEKOBOKO LIFE showcases the quartetโs versatility through conceptual storytelling as well as musical delivery.
โPRIDEโ stands as a raw rock anthem that showcases Ae! groupโs dedication to the craft. As the songโs title suggests, the song is all about taking pride in who you are and having faith in your ability to achieve. They sing in the chorus with conviction: โTake me back now, As I am / Breaking up to the tomorrow of yesterday / Even if Iโm born again, I want to be me.โ The accompanying music video for โPRIDEโ is simpler than their campy, plot-driven videos. However, the videoโs simplicity allows viewers to truly focus on their talents as Ae! group performs with full intensity.
UMIE – โMagic Luvโ
Straight from Ho Chi Minh City, UMIE is here to cool down the summer heat with her newest single, โMagic Luv.โ Over a dreamy, 8-bit beat, she lays her heart out about a boy who has completely enchanted her from their very first red-cheeked meeting. The soft techno track unfolds slowly, drawing listeners into a hazy atmosphere where UMIEโs delicate vocals take charge. Wistfully, she captures the push-and-pull and the adrenaline rush that comes with a new attraction. While โMagic Luvโ is centered around the whimsical butterflies of a crush, UMIE makes it clear she wants โno more games, no more playing.โ Just as sheโs confronting her feelings and embracing the โmagic luvโ head-on, she urges her muse to do the same and โgo furtherโ (for the sake of her heart). After all, as she sweetly reminds them, โItโs all about you.โ
Tiffany Day, slayr – โCONSTANTLYโ
Who knew you could combine grit, angst, and EDM? Tiffany Day sure does with her new single, โCONSTANTLY.โ Teaming up with slayr, the Chinese-American singer-songwriter first debuted this song at the Summer Smash festival. Following her April album release HALO, โCONSTANTLYโ is another step for Day into the realm of melodic dubstep EDM.
The high-voltage, hyper-punk pop track dives headfirst into the bittersweet emotions of caring about someone whoโs no longer in your life. Driven by pulsating beats and synths, Day captures the frustration of trying to move on while memories of a past relationship continue to linger. In the explosive chorus, she candidly sings, โI donโt pin the blame on you, or me/ We just grew up.โ Rather than dwelling on resentment, she makes it clear that she knows she canโt demand that they care about her, but admits, โitโs such a shameโ when those feelings on both ends are still unresolved. On the other hand, slayr vents his frustration with his verse on how much heโs been โfightingโ against disconnect. When the heavy beat drop hits, Dayโs true feelings become apparent with the infectious repetition of โItโs been on my mind constantly.โ
