Sins of Kujo โ€” April 2

Since its debut in Weekly Big Comic Spirits in October 2020, Sins of Kujo has become a major hit, selling over 4 million copies across 14 volumes, and its upcoming Netflix adaptation is set to carry that same edge. The story follows Taiza Kujo (Yuya Yagira), a defense attorney who doesnโ€™t chase justice so much as take it apart, choosing to represent the most dangerous criminals under the belief that a lawyer’s duty is simply to defend their client. That mindset constantly puts him at odds with Shinji Karasuma (Hokuto Matsumura), a by-the-book law graduate.

XO Kitty Season 3 โ€” April 2

Behind the scenes, Valentina Garza (Jane the Virgin) is stepping in as showrunner, and the tone might feel a bit more grown up. Whether youโ€™re team Dae, Minho, or Yuri, or just want Kitty to focus on her future for once, this season clearly leans into the drama as she starts figuring out her future and writing her own story.

If you’ve ever cried at Hachiko, Benji, or The Call of the Wild, GDHโ€™s latest film Gohan is going straight to the top of your watchlist. The production house behind How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies is back with another family tearjerker, this time following the bond between a dog and humans in his life across three stages. Tu Tontawan, Jaonaay, and Chatchai Chinnasri will lead the story, while directing duties are split among three names: Baz Poonpiriya, Moo Boonprakob, and Ta Hemwadee, each of whom will handle one phase of Gohanโ€™s life.

Go for It, Nakamura! โ€” April 2

How about a show about royal family dramas with arranged marriage and enemies-to-lovers romance? Perfect Crown is set in a modern constitutional monarchy in Korea, blending rom-com moments with family drama and a bit of palace politics, a rarity for a contemporary setting. Starring IU and Byeon Wooseok, it follows two people at the top of society who are still trapped by roles they never chose. Directed by Park Joon-hwa (Alchemy of Souls, My Roommate is a Gumiho, Whatโ€™s Wrong with Secretary Kim) and written by Yoo Ah-in, the series keeps things light while still exploring identity, ambition, love, and social pressure.

The Drama โ€” April 3

Set about a week before their wedding, The Drama follows a couple who start off with a seemingly simple night out with friends, dinner, and wine, before things spiral in ways they didnโ€™t expect. At its core, itโ€™s a messy and emotional look at love, and what it truly  means to choose someone.

Bloodhounds Season 2 โ€” April 3

I Fell, Itโ€™s Fine โ€” April 4

Aromagicare is a wellness retreat where people go to reset, and Anne (Glaiza de Castro) runs it with a tight grip on everything, especially after her divorce. She keeps her distance from people until Chicks (Rhian Ramos) shows up and starts shaking up her routine without even trying. Chicks asks the kind of questions Anne avoids and slowly gets under her skin in a way she canโ€™t ignore. As they grow closer, Anne starts to let her guard down. 

18th Rose โ€” April 9

Small town romance is so back! Written and directed by Dolly Dulu, 18th Rose is Netflixโ€™s first original Filipino film for 2026. Set in early-2000s Romblon, it follows Rose (Xyriel Manabat), a spirited teen planning her perfect debut, who makes a deal with Jordan (Kyle Echarri), a lonely newcomer. As they spend more time together, their partnership slowly turns into a journey through first love, friendship, and the dreams that shape their future.

Ghost in the Cell โ€” April 16

Gore, slapstick, political commentary, and even random dance moments all come together in Ghost in the Cell, the latest film by Joko Anwar, which recently premiered at the 76th Berlinale film festival. Set in Labuan Angsana, a fictional high-security prison run by a ruthless warden, the story follows a series of brutal murders that leave bodies displayed in disturbing ways, throwing the inmates into panic as they try to figure out who is behind it and who might be next. As events spiral, rival groups are forced to work together to deal with a threat that may not even be human. 

Michael โ€” April 24

Stepping into the role of Michael Jackson in the upcoming biopic Michael was never going to be easy, and for Jaafar Jackson, it meant going far beyond learning the moves. As the son of Jermaine Jackson, he grew up around Michaelโ€™s legacy, but still had to prove he could truly embody him, from his energy on stage to his quieter, more vulnerable side. The film itself follows Michaelโ€™s journey from The Jackson 5 to global superstardom with a cast that includes Colman Domingo, Nia Long, Miles Teller, and Laura Harrier

Straight to Hell โ€” April 27

Spanning over 60 years from the mid-20th to the early 21st century, Straight to Hell follows the life of Kazuko Hosoki (Erika Toda), a controversial figure known for her โ€˜Six-Star Divinationโ€™ and her blunt catchphrase, โ€œYouโ€™ll go to hell.โ€ The story traces her from post-war poverty to the heights of Ginzaโ€™s nightclub scene, before she becomes a dominant presence in television and publishing. As her fame grows, so do the rumours surrounding her, from fraud accusations to possible ties with the criminal underworld. The narrative unfolds through Minori Uozumi (Sairi Ito), a writer hired to ghostwrite her autobiography, which leads to a tense, complicated dynamic between the two.
