St. Lawrence Market and Harbour Square Park
We suggest starting your day in Toronto at St. Lawrence Market, where P1HARMONY started their trip before heading to Niagara Falls. After going on a partner mission to create a mix-matched picnic, they enjoyed their selections at Harbour Square Park.
St. Lawrence Market offers souvenirs, jewelry, food, drinks, and more. Every vendor welcomes you with a smile and is ready to help you pick a curated gift or the breakfast of your taste buds’ dreams. To start the perfect morning, we recommend grabbing a drink and perusing for a while until you’ve decided what you want most. For Jiung biases, this is where he found the Canadian bear keychain he bought as a souvenir, so keep your eye out for that as well.
After choosing your breakfast (and maybe refilling your drink), it’s time to enjoy it while also taking in the beautiful scenery. Harbour Square Park is only a 20-minute walk from St. Lawrence Market and has plenty of benches and picnic tables to sit at while eating by the water. After finding a place to sit, you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful scenery. Across the harbor are the Toronto Islands glistening above the water, while behind you, the CN Tower — the next stop on the itinerary— can be seen peering over the buildings of the city.

CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium
CN Tower was once one of the tallest buildings in the world and is the tallest structure in Canada to this day. It’s neat to stand below it, but going up the tower is where the real fun begins. For the best experience, get a timed ticket. These can be purchased online and can even be bought alongside an aquarium ticket for a deal. When your time arrives, prepare to fly to the top! While you head towards the elevators, don’t miss out on the facts along the walls like Theo’s fun tidbits about how thick the glass in the building is and the cords that pull the elevators.
The elevator ride is super quick and before you know it, you’re looking out upon miles of Canadian splendor. We took our time up here, and we recommend you do too. It’s not every day you get to experience the world from 342 meters in the air. There are many seats to choose from, or you can walk around to experience the different fear-inducing spaces.
Around the circle, you can step on the glass above the city, hold onto railings to lean above the slanted side of the building, or breathe in the open air from high above. You can also see the “pie” or “sushi” Intak and Soul found, and for Soul biases, make sure you bug out as he did with their butterfly window artwork.
Once this jaw dropping bucket list item is crossed off, it’s time to admire the soothing, tranquil creatures of Canada. Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada offers a massive amount of space for jellyfish, sharks, stingrays, and fish exclusive to the country’s waters. This isn’t only an interesting aquarium to learn about fish in, but it is super interactive. Just like we saw the boys do, you can weigh yourself to see your market value as different fish, feel the chill of the water in the exhibits, and stand on the people mover to glide you through tunnel tanks.
Smoke’s Poutinerie
Though the breakfast from St. Lawrence Market was probably deliciously filling, after seeing these showstopping Toronto sites, you’re sure to feel hungry! Smoke’s Poutinerie is a Canadian chain offering many different poutine options. From traditional to chicken to vegetarian, Smoke’s offers a poutine for everyone to enjoy. The servings are massive as well, so no matter what you get, it is sure to fill you up for the rest of the day. This chain also offers a fun internal experience with personality brimming from the walls. It is down-to-earth, delicious, and a must-try while in Toronto.
To walk off the massive meal, before going to Kensington Market, you can hit up Nathan Phillips Square and see the outside of Old City Hall, two famous Toronto landmarks. Nathan Phillips Square offers a great picture spot with the “Toronto” sculpture and Old City Hall is a beautiful Romanesque-style building for those into architecture. Nathan Phillips Square is home to many events throughout the year, so check their schedule to see what will be going on while you’re there!

Kensington Market
Kensington Market is less of a market and more of a cool culmination of cultures, interests, and foods that have come together as one village. If you’re into vintage, one-of-a-kind items, and have a desire to cater to each of your interests, Kensington Market will be perfect for you. Every shop has a different aura and feeling, and there are tons to choose from. Our suggestion is to walk around before buying anything to get an overall feel for your options. Kensington Market is a great photo spot for vintage enthusiasts and city lovers, as the stores appear to be old houses with art traveling along the outsides of the buildings.
After you’ve shopped, and maybe even grabbed another quick bite, the day is soon to come to a close. Since we drove home after Toronto, we quickly took another trip to Tim Hortons for more Timbits and an iced capp to perk up our energy for the drive. Because what is a long car ride without coffee and snacks?
Watch the sun set over the city of Toronto as you reflect on your time spent in Canada, walking in the footsteps of P1HARMONY and admiring all that the city has to offer. From strolling along the Toronto Harbour to laying on glass over 300 meters in the air, we hope you can enjoy every moment of your trip to Toronto!
