Indonesian-based fashion label Peter Ju released its Spring Summer 2024 collection on July 13. Aptly titled “Genesis,” the collection showcases the brand’s fresh and bold approach to the apparel industry in Indonesia, specifically in Bandung City’s fashion scene.

EnVi chatted with Sultan Ahmad Fauzan, founder of Peter Ju, to break down the collection and discuss combining modern aesthetics with comfort and self-expression.
The Genesis of Peter Ju
The idea of creating Peter Ju was born out of curiosity and a love for culture and art. “Why isn’t there a local brand that presents the eclectic yet sleek theme in a more stylish way?”
The name “Peter Ju” draws inspiration from Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system, known for its grandeur and presence. This name beautifully encapsulated Ahmad’s ambition to leave a lasting mark on the fashion industry with a brand that embraces the clean minimalist look of Scandinavian style and the intricate details of Middle-Eastern aesthetics.
The “Genesis” Collection: A New Dawn in Fashion
Peter Ju introduces “Genesis”, a line that embodies the spirit of creative exploration and starting anew.
