Filipino K-pop fans, rejoice! After a long hiatus from live concerts in the Philippines due to the pandemic, some of your favorite K-pop acts are finally coming your way this May!
On May 13, 2022, CDM Entertainment finally announced the details of their K-pop event titled “Begin Again: K-pop Edition.” This will happen on May 29, 2022 (Sunday) at 5 PM at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The concert features four K-pop acts. First on the list is SHINee’s lead dancer and lead rapper KEY. The artist released his first mini-album last September 2021 titled “BAD LOVE.”
Next on the list is NCT DREAM. Performing last February 2020 in Manila for their THE DREAM SHOW Tour, this NCT sub-unit is set to headline this concert. They will perform in the Philippines for the third time with new songs from their recent album “Glitch Mode.” Only Chenle, Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, and Jisung are attending the concert as Haechan and Mark are in Japan with NCT 127 for their NEO CITY: THE LINK Tour.
The six-member K-pop group from Oui Entertainment WEi is also set to perform in Manila for the first time. The group debuted last October 2020 with their first EP titled Identity : First Sight. Last March, they released their fourth EP called “Love Pt.1: First Love” with their title track Too Bad.
Last but not least, the only female K-pop group to perform in the concert is ALICE. Formerly known as ELRIS, the seven-member group just released their latest single this year titled POWER OF LOVE.
