CELINE Unveils Winter 22 Collection With Lisa
Music and fashion Icon, Lisa Manobal, continues to make waves on the French runways. After making her model debut last year, walking the catwalk for CELINE’s Women Spring/Summer 2022, Lisa scored her second fashion show at the unveiling of CELINE’s Winter 2022 collection.

French luxury house, CELINE unveiled its Fall-Winter 2022 Collection “DANS PARIS” on May 4. Filmed between Hôtel de la Marine and Hôtel National des Invalides, in Paris, the show exploited the brand’s overarching theme of French streetwear chic. Full-black looks, leather jackets, bootcut jeans, and sequined dresses were predominant throughout the collection. For the staging, Hedi Slimane—CELINE’s Creative Director—tapped the historic Salons D’Apparat at Hôtel de la Marine. The opulent setting was a nod at the prestigious events organised by the French government and the navy authorities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. Amid otherworldly art and architecture, models—including Kaia Gerber and brand ambassador, Lisa—strutted through the runway with Hennessey’s “Byron is Dead” playing in the background.

It is not a secret that BLACKPINK’s rapper, Lisa, collects new titles every other day. The superstar is not only a record-breaking musician but a style maven of sorts. After starring in CELINE’s Spring Summer 2022 campaign only a few days ago, Lisa continued her fashion takeover, modeling the brand’s latest collection. For her second runway, Hedi Slimane’s muse donned a leather ensemble adorned with golden details and paired up with chunky boots and dark sunglasses. The fashion show—filmed in two Parisian landmarks—also showed the rapper dressed in a silver sequined mini dress. As per usual, the singer sported her signature blonde bob and rocked minimal make-up.

It is common knowledge that Lisa has cemented her status as a fashion icon through the years. Serving as an ambassador for CELINE, Bulgari, and MAC Cosmetics, the pop icon has collected an incredible list of achievements. Last year alone, the multi-hyphenate became a jury member of the prestigious ANDAM Fashion Award. In addition, the singer fronted magazines and starred in several campaigns, including CELINE’s first-ever Haute Parfumerie campaign. On the music front, the artist also broke records with her solo debut and participated in the star-studded music collaboration, “SG.”
