Earth to Eve – “First Generation Degenerate”

Self-made and self-produced, rising star Earth to Eve is shaking up the way we see the world. “First Generation Degenerate” blends jazz and hip-hop elements into an unforgettable mix that will have us reminiscing about the days when Amy Winehouse was still with us. A track aimed at exposing the problems within our society and government, Earth to Eve shared that “‘First Generation Degenerate’ is my refusal to go numb,” and “It’s about craving a better future in a world designed to keep us sick and compliant, and the isolation of being labeled ‘too sensitive’ for seeing things exactly as they are.” With lyrics such as, “I wanna love somebody and breathe fresh air / Without the toxins they’re pumping in our atmosphere,” Earth to Eve isn’t afraid to speak her mind and tell the world how it is.

An artist who can do it all, Earth to Eve has built her career independently. From writing and producing her own music to filming, editing, and graphic designing her artwork and social content, the young star is changing the way artistry is perceived in entertainment. With her work centered on mental health, global issues, and identity, Earth to Eve offers connection to those navigating life with worry in hand.

Bruno Mars – “Risk It All”

“New video, new album, new chapter” is what Bruno Mars quoted as he released his newest lead single, “Risk It All.” Mixing traditional Mexican folk music, known as mariachi, with pop and soulful lyrics and vocals, the track carries a Latin influence that many can’t recreate. A love song confessing he would do anything for his partner, the lyrics explore loyalty, unconditional affection, and connection. Bruno sings, “To hold your hand and call you mine / I’m tryna be your man ’til the end of time,” and “I would swim across the sea just to show you / Sacrifice my life just to hold you.”  The track opens “The Romantic,” a nine-track album that explores Bruno’s sound through Latin influences, pop, and soul. Marking his first full-length release in nearly four years, the project makes his comeback all the more applaudable.

The music video is a tear-jerking dedication to love. Directed by Bruno himself alongside Daniel Ramos, the video takes us through a love story that could be told from generation to generation. With a mariachi band in the background, a beautiful bride in traditional wedding attire, and a chapel with religious significance to Mexican culture, the video is a montage of a love that begins young and grows old together. A true romantic at heart, we can’t wait to hear these songs played at weddings soon enough.

Sophie Powers x Lexie Liu – “klepto” 

When two unapologetic popstars collaborate on a track together, you get the infectious and bold “klepto.” Toronto-born pop wunderkind Sophie Powers and Chinese visionary songstress Lexie Liu combine their charisma for an undeniable pop hit. “klepto” delivers a Y2K wonderland, with lyricism dipped in luxury and digital-like synths. Sophie Powers described the song as “if Nelly Furtado-style music existed in 2025.” The song is all about embracing desire: “I’m an addict, want all your attention / Yeah, I gotta have it / Push ‘em all aside and steal the spotlight, I’m a klepto.” 

Sophie Powers teased the song before, but this official release is amplified with the addition of Lexie Liu. “klepto” signifies their first musical collaboration together — a long-awaited moment for the two best friends. Their friendship radiates throughout the track, with their synergy seamless. Both artists are no strangers to delivering “internet princess” realness, and “klepto” is no exception. “klepto” is the ultimate confidence-boosting soundtrack, whether you’re going out on a shopping trip or staying in for a laptop webcam photoshoot.

GIULIA BE – “girls just wanna”

Grammy nominee and Brazilian heartthrob GIULIA BE is back with her latest release, “girls just wanna.” An ode and personal spin onCyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Want to Have Fun,” the track continues the playful pop elements of the classic while adding GIULIA BE’s signature twist. Made for a night of dancing with friends, the song is unapologetically energetic and tells the story of girls seeking a sense of escapism from the world. GIULIA BE shared in a press release that, “Nowadays girls want more than just fun, and in these times of comparison, where social media tells you where you need to fit in, I feel a stronger sentiment of girls wanting to escape this dark reality in order to protect their self-esteem.”

GIULIA BE is set to release her trilingual project this year. Featuring compositions and performances in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, the 21-track album will explore how each language brings a distinct meaning to every song. Her pre-release singles include “fool for love” and “poltergeist” in English; “bye bye bahia” and “tonta” in Spanish; and “viciada” and “delícia proibida” in Portuguese. GUILIA BE is setting the bar high for what the future of music will be in 2026.

BLACKPINK – “GO”

BLACKPINK is back in our area with their latest release, “GO.” A track that showcases the talents of the four members, the song opens up with the group singing “Hold in position, it’s gonna blow / You only move when, when I say so.” With the song consistently highlighting Jisoo and Rosé’s soft vocals and the back-to-back rap flow from Jennie and Lisa, the track is unapologetically BLACKPINK. With their punchy hook being “GO” to the ending chorus repeating “BLACKPINK.” The track blends R&B, EDM, and pop, marking the first time the four girls have come together to write a song as a group. In addition to co-writing it, the track was produced by none other than Cirkut and Tedd.  

Along with the track, the music video gave us a look into what BLACKPINK would look like in an alternate universe. As each member appears in different frames with mystical features, the visuals feel almost like a sci-fi film. “GO” is part of their third mini album, DEADLINE, which includes four new tracks alongside their latest hit, “JUMP.” Nearly three years after their last release, following a sold-out tour and various solo pursuits, BLACKPINK returns as if they never left.

Mad Tsai – “STRAYS”

From Southern California and ready to bring the heat we crave for spring, Mad Tsai is starting March on the right note with his latest single release, “STRAYS.” Mixing elements of pop-funk, trap, and hip-hop, the song showcases a new era for the alternative pop artist. In a press release, he said, “The song came to me as I wanted to write a song as a way of clapping back at people that talk about me online, letting them know that if they’re gonna talk, I might as well make it interesting,” and he sure did. With lyrics such as, “Ego trip over some clicks when you don’t even have a job / ‘Cause my haters love to see me from the stands,” Mad Tsai is here to let the haters know he is rising to the top.

You might recognize Mad Tsai from his viral hit “stacy’s brother,” which earned him 37 million streams and a few TikTok sounds back in 2022. His debut EP album, “homecoming!,” was an instant hit with over 225 million streams, and his sold-out world tour was accompanied by fans in more than 26 cities across the world. Mad is ready to showcase his vision and storytelling for the new generation of music.

Anderson .Paak, aespa – “Keychain” 

Looking for an upbeat new track to keep by your side at all times? “Keychain” is all that and more! This funky hip-hop track infused with a K-pop flair perfectly represents the dynamic collaboration between Nine-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist, Anderson .Paak, and global K-pop sensations, aespa. Produced by the iconic Dem Jointz, “Keychain” is sure to get you up and moving once the signature “Incoming!” producer tagline ushers in. “Keychain” coincides with the release of .Paak’s directorial debut, K-POPS!, now screening exclusively at AMC Theaters across the U.S.

“Working on ‘Keychain’ with Anderson .Paak was such a fun and inspiring experience for us. We loved being part of a project that looks at K-pop from a fresh perspective, and we’re grateful to contribute our voices,” aespa shared in a press release. 

“Keychain” is meaningful to .Paak as the song’s fusion of genres ties closely with his Korean and African-American heritage — which is also reflected in the film. .Paak commented on the track: “I’m excited to join forces with aespa on ‘Keychain.’ K-POPS! is all about connection, and this track reflects that perfectly. We come from different worlds, but we’re connected by the same passion for music.”

HANA – “ALL IN”

Fearless Japanese girl-group HANA are “ALL IN” when it comes to their artistry. Born from the unconventional survival program, No No Girls, this septet continues to evolve and charm the world with each new release. HANA released their highly anticipated self-titled debut album, HANA, on February 23. The album is a collection of already beloved singles such as “ROSE” and “Blue Jeans,” with the addition of two new tracks. One of these tracks, “ALL IN,” is emblematic not only of their musical versatility but also of their ambition as artists. 

“ALL IN” features a rock-forward sound, with a piercing electric guitar melody echoing alongside heavy 808s. The intense instrumental lays the foundation for HANA’s rap and vocal abilities to shine. The lyrics convey how they have “bet on everything” to reach the stage they’ve dreamed of for so long. Evidently, their efforts have paid off  since their debut in April 2025; they have dominated the Japanese music scene. From racking up millions of streams on music platforms to competing with themselves on major music charts, HANA’s “ALL IN” attitude is just one of many reasons why they are an exciting new act to keep on your radar.
