From exciting news to the most compelling figures and buzz-worthy trends, EnVi looks back at the very Best of 2024. In this installment, we round up the best-dressed stars, creatives and tastemakers of 2024.
Beyond glitzy glamour and passing trends, fashion has proven to be a way of introducing ourselves to the world. More often than not, style is so deeply ingrained into our identity that a quick look at our lookbook suffices to identify values, beliefs and even aspirations. Fashion, after all, is a self-expression tool and personal branding instrument.
In 2024, a year so convulsed yet endlessly fascinating, the common thread uniting the best-dressed men was their ability to use clothing to communicate and reinvent themselves. While Hollywood superstars like Colman Domingo challenged traditional menswear codes, young trendsetters such as Felix Lee and Win Metawin set the stage for a new generation brimming with sartorial creativity. In between, there was space for playful and effortless dressers — cue to Filipino stars BGYO and multihyphenate Evan Mock — to showcase their style chops against backdrops as varied as Fashion Weeks and viral music videos.
From all corners of the world, the menswear scene teemed with novelty and diversity. In the Asia Pacific region, Thai stars continued their reign as the newest in-demand brand ambassadors and runway models. South Korea welcomed back K-pop pioneer G-Dragon, whose long-awaited return to music ignited style trends aplenty. Elsewhere, newcomers and breakthrough stars starred in standout style moments that propelled them into the fashion limelight. Of course, we’re also recognizing those we didn’t get to see enough of, but we’re expecting to take over the world soon.
Read on to discover who were the most stylish men of 2024 — from A to Z.
-A-
Anson Lo
Cantopop sensation Anson Lo delivered lessons on style every time he stepped out in 2024. Whether he was gracing the front rows of Fashion Week or out and about in the city, the Hong Kong entertainer showcased his fashion dexterity and versatility without sacrificing his style preferences or straying too far from his casual, but always elevated, wardrobe. A highlight? His Kenzo-powered Paris Fashion Week debut, which further cemented his status as one of Asia’s most stylish faces.
Axel Madrazo
Mexican actor Axel Madrazo was the breakthrough star of 2024. Not only did the 19-year-old conquer hearts with his role as Memo in Amazon Prime Video’s No One Will Miss Us, but he also found a footing as a recurrent face in fashion magazines and ads. From high fashion snaps with Prada to sportswear photoshoots with Old Navy, Madrazo showcased a remarkable ability to shift across styles without sacrificing his delightfully boyish image. The best part is he’s just getting started.
Honorable mentions to American rapper A$AP Rocky for being so effortlessly stylish 365 days a year and Malaysian actor Awal Ashaari for injecting a sense of coolness into any suit.
-B-
Bang Chan
K-pop star Bang Chan made a long-awaited debut on the front rows of Milan Fashion Week and stopped by the Met Gala as part of the music sensation Stray Kids. However, his 2024 style portfolio wasn’t confined to fashion events. Off-duty, the Australia-born star proved that street-leaning aesthetics and classic menswear formulas (like a plaid shirt and denim pants) never go out of style. But that’s not to say Bang Chan played it safe. Quite the opposite. He displayed the power of spicing up menswear with items such as pleated skirts and kilt pants.
Billkin
How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies star Putthipong Assaratanakul, best known as Billkin, had a prolific year both on and off-screen. The actor not only cemented his status as one of Thailand’s most sought-after stars with a smashing box office success, but also received well-deserved recognition from the fashion industry. Billkin’s high-profile and longstanding friendship with the Italian powerhouse Gucci led to a slew of event appearances and an eventual brand ambassador appointment that further sealed his global influence.
BGYO
Filipino quintet BGYO powered through 2024 with a well-curated and all-embracing lookbook spanning the entire fashion spectrum. Gelo Rivera, Akira Morishita, JL Toreliza, Mikki Claver and Nate Porcalla set the blueprint for the modern-day Gen Z boyband. Their looks merged coordination and individuality; offhandedness and style diligence; personality and cohesion in the natural, almost nonchalant, way the new generation appreciates so much. This approach to fashion didn’t go unnoticed by the industry. This year, the fivesome turned the runways into their playground, modeling for Filipino designer Bang Pineda and taking over Los Angeles Fashion Week 2024.
BGYO are Always Grinding, Always Hungry, Always Game
-C-
Christian Yu
Australian singer, rapper and entrepreneur Christian Yu, best recognized as DPR Ian, is the poster boy of daring yet suave style. Part rocker boy, part retro heartthrob, Yu’s style sensibilities range from leather, denim and a glimpse at his tattooed chest to sleek suits, sheer shirts and modern tailoring. Yu’s penchant for bold fashion statements is not limited to his everyday life. On stage, the singer is just as audacious. Need proof? Look no further than his homage to Mariachi culture during the Mexico stop of The Dream Reborn Tour — yes, it’s been months, but we’re still thinking about it.
Colman Domingo
Perhaps no other man in Hollywood has delivered fashion serves as consistently as Colman Domingo. Every public appearance in 2024, from the Met Gala to Fashion Week, was a tasteful display of the actor’s style sensibilities and penchant for experimentation. Classic tailoring, cowboycore, bold prints… he tried and rocked it all without departing from his signature sleek and elevated aesthetics. Bonus points for making a case for colorful red-carpet dressing and proving that menswear is anything but boring.
-D-
Donny Pangilinan
Proving his reign on Filipino television was just one of Donny Pangilinan’s many achievements in 2024. The Can’t Buy Me Love leading man expanded his success beyond the screens, taking over the red carpets and runways with style to match his status as one of the Philippines’ biggest stars. What set him apart was his unpretentious and casual approach to fashion.
-E-
Evan Mock — or as the word recognizes him lately, the ex.
For a second consecutive year, actor and model Evan Mock — a.k.a the world’s favorite skater boy — makes it to this list for his idiosyncratic dressing and exceptional ability to pull off nearly any style. Purple hair, cowboy-style suits, statement eyewear and, of course, fantastic streetwear were among his style highlights this year. Extra points for giving us a throwback to his pink buzz cut days in Rosé’s music video for “toxic till the end” and championing Hawaii heritage through his fashion label Wahine.
-F-
Felix Lee
Australian star Felix Lee rightfully claimed a place among fashion’s glitterati in 2024. From Seoul and New York to Paris and Barcelona, Felix captured worldwide attention with headline-worthy style moments. The most notable, however, were linked to his role as Louis Vuitton ambassador. (In fact, data company Launchmetrics reports Felix accrued $23.8 million in Media Impact Value related to the brand in 2024). His runway debut at Nicolas Ghesquière’s 10th-anniversary show was particularly remarkable, earning him recognition beyond music confines. And though Felix wields the iconic LV logo like no other, his influence now extends past his association with the French powerhouse. This year, Felix also generated $3 million in Media Impact Value for Tommy Hilfiger and $1.7 million for Bvlgari Fragrance through content on his personal social media account. Way to go, Felix!
-G-
G-Dragon
K-pop darling Kwon Ji Yong, best known as G-Dragon, might’ve made his return to the stage toward the end of 2024, but his audacious style was under the limelight all year long. The K-pop pioneer showcased his fearless and eclectic take on fashion at international events and elite gatherings, where he was spotted wearing items from his ultra-exclusive and luxurious wardrobe, from tweed jackets to one-of-a-kind timepieces. And when the time finally came to step under the spotlight in full force, G.D. prompted a silk scarf craze on social media that left no doubts about his fashion “Power” — pun intended.
Gulf Kanawut
Thai actor Gulf Kanawut’s association with brands like Gucci and Onitsuka Tiger thrived in 2024. Fashion Week front rows, sojourns in Europe and casual strolls in the city served as the perfect backdrop for Gulf to embrace wardrobe classics and streamlined silhouettes. The multihyphenate star, however, didn’t step away from the experimental looks he is recognized for and occasionally opted for fashion statements such as sheer tops and chunky rubber boots.
-H-
Hael Husaini
Sleek tailoring, perfectly tussled hair and immaculate taste make Malaysian singer Hael Husaini a rising fashion star. Flawlessly moving between brands, styles and color palettes, the “Diam” singer has built a personal branding characterized by modern tailoring, flattering silhouettes and his effortless ability to add a heartthrob flair to any look. It might be ambitious to pick favorites, but his look rollout in Gimme The Mic Malaysia was particularly noteworthy.
-I-
Iñigo Pascual
Effortlessly stylish normcore is Iñigo Pascual’s signature. The Filipino singer and actor has nailed the art of age-appropriate dressing without leaving trends out of the equation. Whether intentional or fortuitous, this ability to embrace casual with a dash of trendy makes him a standout in the fashion world. If we were to pick, some of his best style moments in 2024 arrived courtesy of prints, rare fabrics and short-sleeved shirts that he managed to pull off even as he sojourned outside the Philippines.
-J-
Jeff Satur
Jeff Satur’s ascend to stardom has been accompanied by a fashionable stylebook, where head-to-toe Valentino outfits and Cartier fine jewelry stand out. However, beyond the big-name brands and elegant pieces, the Thai multihyphenate’s strength lies in his ability to embrace statement fashion with the same ease as he owns the more demure ensembles. Toying with the foundations of glam and a knack for theatricals, Jeff never shies away from richly embroidered pieces, shiny leather looks, or retro silhouettes, just as he never steers clear of the simplicity of a tank top or the coziness of a fuzzy sweater.
Honorable mention to thee multihyphenate par excellence, Jackson Wang, whose style is so good, he’s practically implicit in every best-dressed list we ever write.
-K-
Kento Nakajima
If we go by his debut appearance at New York Fashion Week last September, Japanese actor and singer Kento Nakajima is on his way to the fashion big leagues. Mastering the art of sporting classics off-duty — trench coats, leather blazers and turtleneck sweaters are foundational on his closet — and balancing them with bold styling on stage, Kento freely flows through the fashion spectrum. No wonder the world anticipates his next fashion move every time he steps out.
-L-
Lewis Hamilton
Seven-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, is no stranger to the red carpets and frankly, any fashion stage. From creating his own Dior capsule collection to dazzling at the Met Gala, Hamilton has established himself as an inescapable presence in fashion. And, sartorially speaking, he’s done it all — after all, he’s a fixture at every event worth attending. Fine suiting? Check. Coordinated sets? Check. Cool sportswear and even cooler shoes? Check.
-M-
Mew Suppasit
It’s December, but Thai star Mew Suppasit’s runway debut at Milan Fashion Week is still leaving in our minds rent-free. Mew, who has steadily been preparing for fashion stardom, made major strides in 2024. Mirroring his multifaceted career — he’s an actor, model, singer, producer and CEO — Mew created a fashion persona for each occasion. Minimal at times and playful at others, Mew’s lookbook provided endless inspiration. And, yes, we loved all his style endeavors, but we may be inclined to highlight his layering game and outerwear collection.
Milciades Castro
Colombian designer and founder of fashion label Somos Mhuyscas, Milciades Castro, is not just propelling an Indigenous culture renaissance in his native Cundinamarca, but he’s doing it in style. Elements from traditional Muisca clothing, kimono jackets, crisp white shirts and platform boots are all part of Castro’s style repertoire. The eclectic but stylish mix stays firmly rooted in his Indigenous roots and commitment to shed light on Muisca culture. If we look at his social media feed — filled with artsy photography of his designs and displays of Muisca heritage — then he’s certainly achieving the purpose, one fashionable ‘fit at a time.
-N-
Nattawin Wattanagitiphat (Apo)
A dapper lookbook and recurrent Media Impact Value (MIV) slays at Paris Fashion Week guarantee Thai actor Nattawin Wattanagitiphat’s place in this list. Dior Darling, high jewelry ambassador and a man of innate style, Apo — as he’s best known by fans — has found the perfect balance between elegance and youthfulness with a refined, but always contemporary wardrobe. And though he is loyal to his trademark sophisticated style, Apo never refuses a fashion challenge. Case in point: the fiery red look he took to Ferrari’s FW24 show, back in February.
-O-
Off (Jumpol Adulkittiporn)
Vibe shifting to match the occasion might be a given, but Thai actor Jumpol Adulkittiporn (Off) makes every fashion choice look intentional without neglecting individuality. Off’s stylish looks often feature wide-leg silhouettes, nods to retro fashion and matching eyewear. While many of his fashion serves this year came by the hand of big brands like Dior, Loewe or Louis Vuitton, the most memorable were as simple as slouchy denim paired with a polo shirt, an appropriate pair of glasses and the it-accessory of 2024 — the suede bag.
-P-
PP Krit
From owning global runways to having his face plastered on Balenciaga collections, Thai actor PP Krit has experienced quite a brilliant year in fashion. The star has taken boundary-pushing style to the next level with a wardrobe encompassing outfits as diverse as risqué Y2K velour tracksuits, oversized suits and corsets. We might be unable to pick just one look, but we borrowed style notes from his 2000s-inspired outfits the most.
-Q-
Qwan (Anthony Liguer-Laubhouet)
Designer, stylist and ICON’s editor in chief, Qwan (Anthony Liguer-Laubhouet), is the epitome of IYKYK style — idiosyncratic, graceful and well-informed. With nods to eras past, yet retaining an intrinsically modern flair, Qwan’s wardrobe is an ode to good taste. Present-day tailoring, statement shoes and vintage-influenced accessories all coexist in his style repertoire, building a signature style impossible to overlook.
-R-
Raul
Model, singer and all-around fashionista Raul has a well-documented record of rocking the best of menswear. Well-acquainted in fashion circles, the Japanese-Venezuelan star made waves on the runway, front rows and practically anywhere he showed up in 2024. And though promotional duties are not always the most reliable way of gauging a man’s natural style dexterity, Raul’s rollout of fancy looks at Paris Fashion Week made it clear that he lives and breathes fashion.
Rauw Alejandro
Whether he was performing onstage or delivering a visual universe reminiscent of the 70s New York, Rauw Alejandro was spot-on all year round. In addition to his Met Gala debut, Rauw captured attention with his ability to make method dressing look convincing and genuine. His deployment of retro-infused fashion for the promotions of his latest album, Cosa Nostra, has even prompted fans to post video tutorials recreating his style. As he’s ready to embark on a tour next year, we’re predicting 2025 to be the year of suiting up to concerts — think of Office Siren with a dash of 1970s tailoring. His fans are already prepared.
Ren Meguro
Seamlessly blending comfort and sophistication, Ren Meguro’s style sensibilities lean towards the most traditional side of menswear. But here’s the twist: the Japanese singer’s outfits, as classic as they are, never fall flat. One day he’s rocking coordinated sets in Milan and carrying limited edition bags, then he’s suiting up in Tokyo or making a fashion statement in the streets. This penchant for classic aesthetics hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2024, Meguro became Fendi’s first-ever male ambassador in Japan.
-S-
Sho Hirano
Louis Vuitton and YSL Beauty were among the brands recognizing Sho Hirano’s rising star in 2024. The Japanese singer graced the front rows of Fashion Week decked up in head-to-toe Louis Vuitton ensembles, made cameos in specialized magazines and even performed at Coachella in a stylish ´fit. Though he certainly knows how to sport prints and bold colors, Hirano’s best display of style usually comes in the form of monochrome looks. Yes, anyone can wear total black outfits, but not anyone can make them look as cool and effortless.
-T-
Tayfur Kaba
Mixing this year’s most coveted items — think of tank tops, pleated skirts and cowboy-style boots — in one look might not be for everyone, but leave the heavy lifting to Turkish designer Tayfur Kaba. Whether he’s all dapper to attend events or he’s simply sharing a ‘fit check on social media, Kaba boasts a well-informed and hard-to-overlook approach to fashion. Consider that he often carries his own designs and his addition to this list gets even more interesting.
-U-
Ugo Mozie
Lagos-born creative Ugo Mozie is not just the “go-to stylist” for men in the biz, but he is also one of the best-dressed men in the industry. Be it on the front rows, the runways, or simply giving us a glimpse at his OOTD, Mozie is always in the vanguard of fashion. Novel tailoring, gorgeous color combinations and texture play are at the core of his wardrobe. Bonus points for delivering equally stylish fashion through his world-class clientele and his fashion label, Eleven Sixteen.
-V-
Vernon
Vernon, member of K-pop group SEVENTEEN, first gained attention thanks to his pop punk-leaning aesthetics and predilection for monochrome outfits. In recent years, however, the singer has boosted his trademark style with the help of Paris-based fashion label Kenzo. Serving as the brand’s global ambassador, Vernon has reinvented streetwear and total looks with an in-the-know edge. We may still be mourning the star’s Instagram feed — he deleted all his posts in late October — but no one will stop us from constantly thinking about how he breathed new life into the Canadian tuxedo at Kenzo’s SS25 Men’s show in Paris.
-W-
Wang Yibo
A penchant for fashion experimentation, a modelesque physique and strong personal branding make Wang Yibo one of China’s best-dressed stars. Over the years, the actor, singer and sportsman has built a reputation for endorsing the most coveted fashion brands with unmatched elegance and panache. In 2024, the star inked brand new deals with Lacoste, Loewe and Jimmy Choo, engrossing his fashion portfolio and extending his influence outside the Asia Pacific region.
Win Metawin
Prada darling, beloved actor and one of the internet’s favorite people, Win Metawin needs no introduction and neither does his collection of notable fashion moments. Following a brilliant 2023, where he established himself as one of fashion’s power players, the Thai actor was on a trendsetting quest in 2024. Pioneering some of the year’s hottest trends and wearing the most coveted products ahead of time, Win embraced divisive style hacks, rocked bold colors and donned exclusive items without breaking a sweat. Needless to say, the young actor’s influence in fashion spheres didn’t slow down. As Launchmetrics tells EnVi, Win’s Media Impact Value in 2024 reached $21.5 million for Prada, $7.7 million for Tiffany and Co., $2.6 million for Tommy Hilfiger, and $1.7 million for Shiseido. Talk about being a total fashion boy!
-X-
Xolo Maridueña
Cobra Kai star Xolo Maridueña might have risen to fame for his acting chops, but he’s steadily making a name for himself as a musician with streetwear sensibilities to match. While the fashion world can certainly see more of him in 2025, his Bode ‘fits, Willy Chavarria ensembles and cool shoe game are enough to make him part of this list. Kudos to him for reinventing classic red carpet style with a tan Mandarin-collar suit at the premiere of Cobra Kai’s final season.
-Y-
Yeonjun
His alliance with the French luxury giant Dior and his Gen Z-driven style make K-pop star Yeonjun a mandatory addition to this list. Equal parts strategic and spontaneous, Yeonjun’s style file reflected the cultural zeitgeist defining 2024. His wardrobe tapped into the latest trends, offering a genuine look into Yeonjun’s personal preferences and delivering lessons on cool dressing. Did we have a favorite moment? Maybe his candid streetstyle snaps and his take on the multiple waistband trend.
-Z-
Zeepruk (Pruk Panich)
In 2024, not a day went by without Thai actor Pruk Panich, a.k.a Zeepruk, donning impeccably styled looks. The actor brought a modern and stylish touch to basically everything he wore — Halloween ‘fit included. Although he built quite a loaded fashion book, a highlight was perhaps his take on contemporary tailoring. It merged classic menswear with trendy items like sheer tops, sleeveless tops and deep V-neckline vests worn sans shirt.
