Becky G Power Dresses in a Little White Vest for Area’s Fall Winter 2024 Show
Vest suits became fashion’s breakthrough stars last spring, but if we go by “MAMIII” singer, Becky G, suiting up in a little vest is still in. The Mexican-American star proved the allure of this style staple on February 11, when she stepped out in New York for Area’s Fall Winter 2024 show.
Suiting Up
Making a case for the tiny vest, Becky G opted for a white, form-fitting waistcoat with embellished buttons. The singer wore the tailored item sans shirt and paired it with matching straight-leg trousers — a look previously spotted on stars such as Elle Fanning and Tylor Swift.
Tapping into one of this year’s strongest trends, Becky upgraded the monochrome look with a slew of metallic jewelry, from dangle earrings to chunky rings. The pièce de résistance of her look, however, was Area’s Crystal Bone Choker — a large crystal-encrusted necklace first introduced in the brand’s Fall Winter 2023 collection. As for accessories, the Gen Z star coordinated with white heels, a silver minibag, and a silver phone case.

To tie it all together, Becky G wore her hair in a sleek high ponytail and sported Latina-girl-approved makeup. Her stylish glam, courtesy of makeup artist Gilbert Estrada, consisted of winged eyeliner, nude eyeshadow and dark-lip liner.

Front Row Favorite
Becky G has brought out the best of her style game for New York Fashion Week. The star was previously spotted on the front row of Tommy Hilfiger’s “A New York Moment” show, dressed in a trench coat and high-knee bots. She repeated the same style formula, wearing a T-shirt mini dress and red boots, to sit front row at Willy Chavarria’s latest collection unveiling.
During her stay in New York, Becky G has also proven to be up-to-date with the buzziest beauty trends. The night before Area’s show, the star surprised fans with a faux copper hair transformation for The Blonds’ fashion show.
