Having gained attention — and love — from their previous singles “BLOW” and “Glow.” The rising pop trio come back with their third single more courageous than ever as they deliver a message of hope and empowerment towards listeners. Warmly singing, “I believe / We’ll slowly but surely / Soar higher / We never give up / Even this moment together (Remember) Joy and tears (Everything) / I’ll cherish it all / We take it slow,” BIG OCEAN reassure listeners that as long as we go at our own pace on the road ahead, we will reach higher summits and achiever bigger dreams together. The accompanying music video follows BIG OCEAN signing the inspiring track in both KSL and ASL, proving their commitment to breaking barriers and paving the road for accessibility within the music industry. LISA & Rosalía- “New Woman”

LISA of K-pop group BLACKPINK is back, and this time she’s bringing along Spanish sensation Rosalía for the powerhouse track “New Woman.” Following the success of her hyperpop club banger “ROCKSTAR,” the Thai artist’s latest release marks her second solo single under her new label, LLOUD. The track kicks off with LISA’s fiery English verses, where she proclaims herself a “new woman” who’s “revvin’ up [her] aura” and taking control of her destiny. The song then takes a sultry turn as Rosalía’s smooth Spanish vocals come in, whispering the empowering line, “Por to’ lo quе soy, yo puedo frontear” (“For everything I am, I can flaunt it”). She also confidently, and cheekily, assures all listeners that a “flop” era is simply not in her future.

“New Woman” is all about transformation, resilience, and embracing your evolved self. With a catchy hook and a bilingual flair, LISA and Rosalía proudly declare their newfound strength and confidence. This summer anthem features both artists at the top of their game as they celebrate their journey of self-discovery and the unapologetic self-assuredness that comes with it. And let’s not forget the stunning music video, where the duo flexes their fashion prowess. LISA puts it best: “Gimme that bigger, the better.” “New Woman” is all about leveling up, and these two are doing just that — serving looks, vocals, and a whole lot of attitude.

The music video combines both songs into a stunning visual experience, transitioning from the light-hearted bloom of “Dandelion” to the more intense emotions of “Roses.”

Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars – “Die With a Smile”

Cue the slow-dance glow, because Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars are back with “Die With A Smile,” and it’s as romantic as it is dramatic. In this surprise collaboration, the two pop stars meet on a lush, soft-rock ballad where they croon, “If the world was ending / I’d wanna be next to you” and “I’d wanna hold you just for a while / And die with a smile.” With a string-laced arrangement and heartfelt bravado, Gaga and Mars deliver an ode to everlasting love and capture the beauty of cherishing every moment together despite life’s uncertainty.

Tinashe – “Cross That Line”

Tinashe is making all the right moves with her seventh studio album, Quantum Baby. While her hit song “Nasty” may have turned everyone’s spiciness levels up to 11, “Cross That Line” dials it back for a more earnest tune. The smooth R&B jam, produced by Z3N and co-written by Tinashe, is a bold leap into future planning — think less “Nashe if you nasty” and more “I could see a family / Baby in the backseat.” (But don’t worry, if you’re looking for more Tinashe tracks to match your freak, Quantum Baby still has plenty of songs to choose from.) Tinashe passionately pleads for love and commitment as she makes it clear she’s ready to take their relationship to the next level. She believes her partner might be the love of her life, and vice versa, so she’s “all in,” “tired of waiting,” and “ready to cross that line.” Tinashe’s effortless ability to ride the beat and her genuine delivery make “Cross That Line” a true standout track on Quantum Baby, once again affirming her impressive range as an artist.

Once again, Team EnVi couldn’t help but catch feelings for another one of Zack’s passionate, romantic hits.

Juliet Ivy – “girl talk”

Woman to woman, girl to girl, Juliet Ivy just wants to talk. Her new EP, tiny but scary, covers Juliet’s own views and experience living as a woman. In a press statement, Juliet described the growth from her previous album to this one. “This EP is welcoming the people who found me from the first project [playpen] into my brain, my bedroom, and my childhood, and having them get to know me a little better,” she said. “Playpen represented how I saw things outside of myself; this next project is more internal.” Delving into personal anecdotes and inner thoughts, Juliet’s vulnerability is refreshing.

Displaying her whimsical views into her music video, Juliet shows the importance of reconnecting to your inner self. Amid a cast of stone-faced women clad in business formal attire, Juliet provides a bright contrast. Sporting a hot pink ensemble, braided hair, bows, and glittery eyelids, she instantly stands out. She takes the women aside and encourages them to reconnect with their femininity. Pink spreads to every corner of the once-dreary office, each burst of color bringing smiles.

A soft acoustic track, Juliet’s sentimental voice provides comfort to listeners in “girl talk.” The gentle melody and vocals make the song easy to listen to. Juliet spoke of the importance of girlhood, especially in the context of the album’s message: “Girlhood is really present in this project—all the ever-changing, complicated, intertwined emotions of being a young girl.” Through the lyrics, Juliet expresses the transition period into womanhood. She is taking in her surroundings and learning to find her place in the world. An anthem for anyone who can relate to the time of awkward growing pains, make some time for some “girl talk.”

Maya Kuriel – “Liquid Courage”

In search of a shot of courage? In her fiery anthem for social confidence, rising pop sensation Maya Kuriel beats away at your social anxieties and tension. Perfect for a night full of thrill and pleasures, “Liquid Courage” is a pick-me-up that will have you intoxicated with every replay. Embodying the euphoria of feeling truly confident in your own skin, Maya serves a boost of spirit and fearlessness in her declaration. The song starts with a reverberating beating bass, steadily escalating in volume and intensity as it slowly transitions into an explosive chorus with heavy distorted synths, complementing the track’s electronic soundscape.

At its core, “Liquid Courage” explores the relatable need for a boost of confidence to tackle social situations head-on. In a press release, Maya comments on her song’s overall morale, “after listening to this song I hope you’ll be thinking to yourself “that night was one for the books”; because, let’s be real, nothing exciting happens when you’re glued to the wall.” If you’re ever in a mood for a rush of adrenaline in your day-to-day schedule, look no further as Maya is the right artist for your rotation.

Jenny Lyric – “Don’t”

LA-based artist Jenny Lyric has returned with a new single, “Don’t.” Jenny is known for blending K-pop and western music seamlessly. Breaking boundaries by exploring a new genre, the song’s title displays Jenny’s confidence. A press release revealed that the track holds the passion of a flirty summer affair. Told through the lyrics, the relationship Jenny finds herself in is in a growing phase. While Jenny’s fling wants to take the next step in their relationship, she’s fine keeping it casual. Sung over a low and rhythmic Afropop beat, Jenny’s sultry vocals take center stage. “I don’t wanna love you (I don’t wanna),” she declares. “It’s just the summertime and I’m feelin’ fine.” Rather than be held in the official title of a relationship, Jenny expresses her desire to stay free. Firm in her decision, this relationship will stay one with no strings attached.

Salad – “CVC”

Find yourself drifting through the day feeling cast down? Thai post-punk band Salad is here to voice your worries. In their debut album, 21St Century in a Nutshell, the group interprets their own view of navigating modern-day society. Frontman and guitarist Jin shared the inspiration behind the song “CVC” through a press statement: “I remember vividly one of my mates suffering from credit card debt. It is a form of modern-day slavery that is subtly normalized. It’s so indulgent to buy things in the present, and so easy to pay for things in six-month installments without thinking of the consequences, just like snapping your fingers.”

A transition from the sound of their previous album, Salad focuses on the genre of psychedelic rock. Distorted guitar, drum lines, and echoing vocals reflect the hectic and frenzied nature of today’s culture. The song crescendos before falling into a soft and slow melody. Giving only a moment’s pause, the song continues with a notably more somber tone. If you’re feeling angsty over your day to day worries, let music crash over you with “CVC.”
