Tommy Hilfiger Makes Star-Studded Comeback to New York Fashion Week. See Photos
American fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger reunited anyone who’s anyone for its New York Fashion Week return on February 9. The brand had opted out of the event’s official calendar since 2020 — minus a special show in 2022 — so this comeback was particularly anticipated by fashion enthusiasts.
The famed label did not disappoint, bringing together some of the biggest names in fashion and entertainment to the front row. American stars such as Becky G, Kelly Rutherford and Glorilla, as well as icons from the Asia Pacific region including Thai actor Win Metawin and South Korean singers Nayeon and Junho, were in attendance.
As the clock struck eight, stars arrived in a motley array of preppy looks from varsity jackets and letterman sweaters to sleek trenchcoats and blazers. A light blue, white and khaki color palette was predominant in the VIP section, where APAC power was at an all-time high.

Lee Junho
Singer and actor Lee Junho stunned in a preppy take on the Canadian tuxedo. In true Tommy style, the Korean heartthrob went for a casual denim button-down and pants set, layered with a cream bomber jacket. A peekaboo of a Tommy Hilfiger graphic tee was the perfect final touch to this casual OOTD.
Nayeon
TWICE member and Tommy Hilfiger’s ambassador, Nayeon, channeled Plazacore in a look that could’ve as well given Blair Waldorf a run for her money. Nayeon’s outfit checked all the boxes of a winning preppy look: pleated miniskirt, cable knit sweater, blazer, platform loafers and a headband — so chic and feminine!
Phuwin Tangsakyuen
Fish Upon the Sky star Phuwin Tangsakyuen might be a fresh face in the fashion circuit, but he nailed front-row style with ease. The actor looked exceedingly preppy at his arrival in Grand Central, dressed in a pair of blue chinos combined with a collegiate-infused letterman sweater and a striped shirt. We’re bookmarking his name!
Pond Naravit
Actor Naravit Lertratkosum (better known as Pond Naravit) made his New York Fashion Week debut alongside colleagues Win Metawin and Phuwin Tangsakyuen. The GMMTV actor opted for a laid-back ensemble featuring classic trousers, a red polo shirt and a varsity jacket — a perfect throwback to our high school days!
Win Metawin
Thai sensation Win Metawin made a case for total looks, dressed in a preppy off-white ensemble featuring wardrobe staples such as a polo shirt, plain trousers and a nylon coat. The star made waves at the event, attracting a large crowd of fans to Grand Central, where the runway took place.
Glorilla
Meshing hip-hop with classic prep, Glorilla gave Tommy Hilfiger staples new life with her old-school ‘90s styling. The Memphis native sported a knotted polo, slouchy jeans, and underwear courtesy of the brand. Iced-out jewelry and Y2K ponytails finished this throwback fashion moment.
Sonam Kapoor
Indian actress Sonam Kapoor proved that a bold red lip can be the perfect companion to a power suit. The Khoobsurat star stepped out in New York, wearing a navy double-breasted suit embellished with brass buttons. Infusing femininity into the look, Kapoor paired the oversized set with a set of brooches and white shoes.
Becky G
“MAMIII” singer Becky G mixed Tommy Hilfiger’s classic aesthetics with her personal style affinities, clad in a short trench coat, sported as a mini dress. The Latin star paired the look with trendy high-knee boots and a Latina girl makeup staple: dark lip liner.
